30 yrs fixed 5.625% (up to $729,000)
30 yrs fixed 5.875% ($729,100 to $1,000,000)
For loan amounts up to $1,000,000
3/1 4.25%
5/1 4.5%
7/1 4.75%
10/1 5.0%
